Halal beef bresaola is obtained from the topside of the beef,  airdried and spiced with selected ingredients, as juniper, cinnamon, rosemary etc… It is a very nutrient rich option, good in proteins low in fats, suitable for people on a diet, kids and sportives. Easy to make your healthy sandwich,  just open and serve. You may like it on a plate, add EVOO, a squeeze of lemon on top and parmesan shaves for a perfect main course.
